I'm trying to quit too... smoking 3/5 cigs every morning + patch the rest of the day... for a year... totally lame... at least i don't smoke 20 cigs / day anymore... Did you hear about laser? it's like acupunctuur but without needles (laser instead)... i'll try this soon. (this is not spam...)
