It’s Not Just Text Anymore

This campaign, created by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners for the new Saturn Aura, provides potential customers with a video introduction to the manager of their nearest Saturn retailer. Specific advertisements were developed in 22 stores across six market areas - Buffalo N.Y.; Dallas; Harrisburg, Pa.; Indianapolis; Las Vegas, Nev.; and Raleigh, N.C. - all recorded individually to provide the local information.

The campaign is created through a relationship with Google using their new click-to-play video ads on sites across Google’s network of content partners using geo targeting and Google Earth to create a very personal experience.

The agency made the Google click-to-play medium work for Saturn in a way that would be impossible with most traditional media. The campaign showcases the best of all worlds: the visual engagement of television, the interactive abilities of the web and targeting so sophisticated that it makes possible the things that direct mail, mobile marketing and customer-relationship marketing only dream of. All this in a non-invasive way. Its an opt in world.

MTV’s Virtual Laguna Beach

Imaginary Forces recently collaborated with MTV on Virtual Laguna Beach, the online world where fans can inhabit a character of this popular show in a virtual environment. IF created most of the graphic elements including the design of the environment itself and its characters.

This project is a good example of how Imaginary Forces was able to use its cinematic and design skills (for advertising, feature films, television, corporate branding, and interactive media) and experience design credentials to help create this interactive virtual community.

New layout for the Box

As you may have noticed, we have a brand new layout for AdverBox. This choice was made to give the max readability to the content and a better usability for all the website functions (ratings, linkage, content-browsing and all the stuff featured here).

We also wanted to go out with something completely different from the ready layouts you can find out there. This new version (that we’d like to be the last version of AdverBox) comes with more space dedicated to content, a better browsing and archiving system, and less ad-units (we reduced about 30% the use of adsense and similars to give the max attention to content).
