I didn’t know of the Google billboard. I’ve just seen it here http://haacked.com/archive/2004/07/13/811.aspx. The idea behiond the ad is the same, but I feel the EA Games one is older than the Google one.

The correct text is Now Hiring, not we’re hiring. You can see yourself, just write the numbers pressing alt key.
